Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Incorrect delivery addresses supplied at checkout
However, if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Incorrect
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the damage or printing issue
If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
